2. Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Stock-Ready.com website for delivery in Europe.

3. Products All products offered for sale are in stock at the time of ordering and are dispatched from Portugal without delay. Product descriptions and specifications are available on the corresponding pages.

4. Prices and payment All prices displayed on the site are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Accepted payment methods are :

• PayPal

• Klarna

Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.

5. Delivery We deliver exclusively within Europe. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. Products are shipped from Portugal and delivered within an average of 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.

6. Return and withdrawal policy In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@stock-ready.com indicating your order number and the product concerned. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

7. Connections and compliance As part of our policy of attractive prices, some products offered on our site may be equipped with connectors other than USB-C, in accordance with the standards in force at the time of manufacture. These products are fully functional and comply with the standards applicable at the time of production.

To ensure compatibility with more recent devices equipped with USB-C connectivity, it is possible to use an adapter (not included). Please check the technical specifications of the products before finalizing your purchase.

8. Warranty Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

9. Liability Stock-Ready.com shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. We recommend that you carefully check the compatibility of the products with your needs before placing an order.

10. Settlement of disputes In the event of a dispute, please contact us by email at info@stock-ready.com in order to find an amicable solution. If no resolution can be found, you may have recourse to the European online dispute resolution platform ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Applicable law These GTC are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the address of Binary Balloon Lda.

These conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable version is that in force at the time of the order.
